Job Description: ■Recruitment Background The company is a manufacturing venture with the mission of "creating a safe society for everyone," aiming to solve social issues through technological prowess. They specialize in preventing accidents caused by aging infrastructure, developing the industrial mini-drone "IBIS" for confined spaces, and offering inspection solutions. Beyond drone hardware, their strength also lies in software services that add value to visual inspections by analyzing captured video and acquired data. They've also launched a business leveraging inspection data to promote DX in manufacturing, further expanding their business domain. To spread innovative drone services and fundamentally transform the existing infrastructure industry, they need to build highly reliable products. This demands unparalleled acceleration alongside corresponding control capabilities. To strengthen the core of this control, the quality assurance domain, they're looking for individuals to help build a quality assurance framework that balances agility and robustness. ■Job Overview You'll be responsible for all Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations related to the company's product development and manufacturing. Working alongside existing quality assurance specialists, you'll support quality assurance activities as a development project member, involved from planning through to product launch. This means you'll have a firsthand experience of the entire manufacturing process. ■Responsibilities ・Maintaining the QMS (Quality Management System), which is ISO9001 certified. ・Formulating rules related to product development operations. ・Managing quality in drone manufacturing. ・Developing and implementing quality assurance plans. ・Developing and implementing product testing plans. ・Collecting and responding to defect/complaint information for products on the market. ・Conducting external audits for outsourced manufacturers. ■Position Highlights / Career Path ・You'll directly experience the process of new services permeating the market within the rapidly growing drone industry. Required Skills: ■Required 3+ years of practical experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing company. A degree in an engineering field, possessing foundational knowledge (e.g., electrical, mechanical, information engineering). ■Preferred Experience with external quality audits. Experience with internal quality audits. Experience in creating, maintaining, and managing QMS (Quality Management System) documents. Broad knowledge of manufacturing technology, industrial standards, ISO 9001, and legal regulations.
