- 【Your Role】 To reinvent communication and create a society where people care for one another, you'll be designing, implementing, and optimizing multimodal AI systems, primarily focusing on voice, utilizing cutting-edge machine learning models. You'll also lead the architecture design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems, enhancing their reliability and scalability. You'll build efficient and cost-effective infrastructure by leveraging cloud-native technologies. Your role involves designing and implementing advanced MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous model improvement and rapid deployment. You'll also build real-time data processing and analytics platforms, contributing to enhanced business intelligence. You'll collaborate with the next-generation AI R&D team, driving the prototyping and productization of innovative features. Finally, you'll design high-availability and low-latency system architectures with a view toward global-scale deployment. 【Job Satisfaction】 You'll work in an environment that enables rapid development, applying cutting-edge multimodal AI technology to the B2B sector. You can collaborate with a research and development team that actively participates in international conferences and publishes papers. You'll gain experience developing systems that can stably process over 1 million analysis requests per day. You'll acquire experience in real-time data processing development using technologies like Kinesis. You'll gain experience in designing and implementing MLOps pipelines within large-scale systems. You'll have the opportunity to work with senior team members and develop with significant autonomy. 【Technology Stack (Including Future Plans)】 The company is microservices-oriented, especially for real-time services and analytics, adopting appropriate technologies for each service. Backend: Python (Django), Elasticsearch Frontend: React.js, Vue.js Analysis: Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch Communication: SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, WebSocket Infrastructure: AWS, Google Cloud, Terraform Mobile Apps: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter (Dart) Communication Tools: Slack, GitHub, Confluence
- Required Skills
- 【Required】 3+ years of experience developing distributed systems on cloud platforms (especially AWS) Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with container orchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) Experience automating development processes by designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines Advanced programming skills in Python or equivalent language Experience with cost optimization and performance tuning 【Preferred】 Experience designing and implementing machine learning systems Experience working in the field of speech and natural language processing Experience developing multimodal AI Experience designing and implementing microservice architecture Experience designing and implementing serverless architecture Experience working with large scale data processing technologies (Apache Spark, Kafka, etc.) Experience in developing cloud-native applications Track record of contributing to open source projects English proficiency above daily conversational level (English is used for team MTG) 【Ideal Applicants】 Empathy with the company's mission vision Embodying the values Able to work in a team-oriented environment Good at thinking logically Highly motivated for personal growth
