Job Description: #Systems and Services You'll Be Working On ・Proprietary products that boast over 1,000 implementations. ・Tablet POS system. ・A newly developed in-house SaaS service (a B2B e-commerce platform). #Responsibilities *You will be entrusted with a series of tasks from upstream to downstream. ・System test planning and design, quality assurance work in general ・Functional specification review and validity study from QA perspective ・Test case design and execution ・Test result analysis, pursuit of defect causes ・Quality improvement proposals to development team, various adjustments *1 Scope of work change: All work within company #Position Highlights ■Deep Involvement in Product Development: As a QA professional, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing product value by engaging deeply from the specification phase. You'll ensure that decisions are fully reflected in documentation and that the wording avoids unintended interpretations, covering areas engineers might overlook. ■Flexible and Adaptive Environment: Unlike many QA departments that are highly rigid and compartmentalized by strict rules, the company values flexibility. Required Skills: 【Required】・2+ years of experience in test design for in-house services (business systems) ・Experience in review (not including third-party verification) 【Preferred】・Experience in QA work in retail distribution industry (knowledge of payment related, points, inventory, etc.) ・Experience in web application development 【Ideal Applicants】・Able to act quickly based on the right answer in your own way and continue to work hard and improve ・Able to work with others on issues and fulfill your role with a strong sense of responsibility
