Job Description: Recruitment Background The company has been delivering new user experiences through its home appliance management app. As they launch a new product development project, they are seeking an App Development Engineer to serve as a core member of the team. Responsibilities You'll be responsible for all aspects of developing smartphone applications (iOS/Android) that link with the company's home appliance products. You'll join projects from the planning stage, gaining a deep understanding of the product concept. From there, you'll formulate app specifications to deliver the "best user experience." In the development phase, you'll coordinate communication specifications with embedded engineers and use your technical skills to bring UI/UX designs to life. Specifically: ・System design, implementation, and evaluation of smartphone applications. ・Managing and coordinating external development partners. ・Collaborating with various internal departments, such as the software design team and the UI/UX design team. A crucial part of your role is to continuously improve the product's value, even after its release, by using user feedback and data to drive an ongoing improvement cycle. You'll get to experience the rewarding process of "nurturing" the company's products from the perspective of the app itself. Development Environment Currently, the company doesn't have any engineers who specialize in app development. This means you would be the leading expert in this field. You would be expected to proactively lead development, working closely with designers and hardware engineers. Position Highlights This is a brand-new project that is just getting started, so there's no set way of doing things. Your own ideas and technology choices will directly shape the product's user experience. You'll be in a position to create a "Balmuda-esque experience" by fusing hardware and software, a unique dynamism that comes from working in the 0-to-1 phase. What's more, you'll have the excitement of creating the development "framework" itself. Because there are no fixed processes, you'll have significant autonomy to lead the development of future standards, such as how to ensure quality and how to make design more efficient.

Required Skills: Required Experience in cross-platform development or developing apps for both Android and iOS. (e.g., practical experience with Flutter, React Native, Android Studio, or Xcode). End-to-end app development experience, from specification review and coding to implementation and evaluation. Preferred Embedded development. Project management. Backend development using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
