Job Description: 【Responsibilities】 Define quality standards and conduct activities to achieve them in the development of software and systems to renew the platform that supports the company's operations. Participate in the planning stage of products and measures, reviewing specifications and proposing improvements, and planning and executing necessary tests. Contribute to raising the level of quality activities of the entire team by providing testing knowledge to engineers in order to continuously improve quality during the product development cycle. Create maintainable program code, test code, and continuously improve the source code. Review test cases and test code written by other engineers (including vendors) As a member of the Agile development team, contribute to the creation, review, test case writing and execution of Acceptance Criteria in line with functional requirements with back-end and front-end engineers. Build trust with stakeholders and be accountable for quality control processes 【Position Highlights】 The company's Global Technology division, which supports its business growth, has extremely high expectations, and its results are under close scrutiny. As part of this team, you'll help drive the renewal of the system infrastructure that supports the company's business. You'll be able to analyze service and software quality, and lead the creation of an optimal testing strategy using agile methods that don't separate development and testing. Furthermore, the team aims to be a QA team that works closely with development. You'll leverage the latest technologies to build new platforms and processes, identify risks associated with migrating from legacy systems, and improve release flows. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of tech stacks, allowing you to fully exercise your eagerness to learn beyond the traditional scope of QA.

Required Skills: 【Required】 5+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance of mobile and web applications Understanding and experience with software testing, test automation, and E2E testing (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Postman, Espresso, XCUI, etc.) Experience building test environments and knowledge of CI/CD Strong passion for test automation and software engineering 4-year degree in information technology or equivalent knowledge and understanding 【Preferred】 Software development experience Project management experience or equivalent knowledge Agile development experience Knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript Experience with cloud-based software development and testing (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) Experience testing in a microservices environment Experience with automation tools such as MagicPod, Autify, Mabl Knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and security testing Communication skills in English (Japanese language skills are also a plus) 【Ideal Applicants】 Able to boldly take on challenges and learn from many failures High sense of ownership and strong will to get things done Self-motivated Able to constantly learn new things and grow Able to seek out tasks on your own and be proactive outside the box in a cross-project, cross-team environment
