Job Description: 【Recruitment Backend】 With the mission of "enriching humanity through data and algorithms," the company develops systems using advanced AI technology. In its six years of operation, it has successfully led numerous projects, primarily for Japan's top companies. The company is now planning to launch a new Systems Engineering Team to achieve a greater technological leap. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' businesses through projects focused on DX and AI, leveraging your strong technical skills and innovative ideas. The team you'll be joining stands on the front lines of digital technology, with a mission to transform client businesses. They work with various internal and external departments to ensure the company's technology and services deliver the latest innovations to a wide audience. Due to the company's rapid growth, expanding their IT infrastructure and systems is a critical priority. To support this continued development, they are now recruiting new engineers. 【Responsibilities】 You'll be responsible for the data science engineering that supports the transformation of Japan's leading companies and industry leaders into AI-first enterprises. Specifically, your duties will include: ・Technical Research & Internal Infrastructure: You'll research and experiment with cutting-edge technologies like AI research, generative AI, and MLOps frameworks. Your work will then involve building reusable, common modules and infrastructure for internal use. ・Solution Design & PoC: You'll select technologies and design architectures based on business requirements. You'll then conduct a proof-of-concept (PoC) to verify feasibility. ・Analysis & Modeling: You'll handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and tuning to create predictive models and insights that solve business challenges. ・Development, Operation & Improvement: You'll build MLOps infrastructure (including AI model APIs and dashboards) and, after the initial MVP launch, drive continuous improvements based on field feedback. ・In-House Support & Project Assistance: You'll help clients build their internal capabilities by creating documentation, and leading study sessions and workshops. 【Position Highlights】・Practical Skills to Monetize Technology: You'll learn how to turn technology into business value through hands-on experience with cutting-edge tech like generative AI and MLOps. ・End-to-End Project Ownership: You'll take charge of the entire process, from Proof-of-Concept (PoC) to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full-scale operation. Required Skills: 【Required】・2+ years of practical experience in machine learning and deep learning projects using Python ・Experience in model development, including fine-tuning, using either PyTorch or TensorFlow ・1+ years of API development experience using FastAPI, or API design and implementation experience using Python-based web frameworks such as Django REST Framework or Flask ・Practical experience in CI/CD using Docker, GitHub Actions, etc. ・Business-level Japanese (capable of requirement gathering, customer negotiations, and documentation) 【Preferred】・Business development experience with LLM (GPT-4 series, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and Diffusion Model ・Experience in designing and operating data platforms using Kafka, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc. ・Experience in utilizing RAG frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex ・Skills in IaC and zero-trust network design using Terraform and CloudFormation ・Experience in project promotion and human resource development as a technical leader
