To expand AI's potential and build a global No. 1 AI company, they are recruiting a Bridge SE / Project Manager. 【Responsibilities】 You'll act as a bridge between Japanese clients and team members, and the project managers, AI engineers, and developers in Vietnam, helping to implement our AI solutions. Your role goes beyond just mediating communication. You'll drive the entire project by analyzing data from clients, creating requirements definition documents, and writing reports. In the future, we expect you to take on the role of Project Manager and oversee projects from start to finish. Specifically, your duties will include the following: ・Detailing business requirements and sharing them with development members. ・Jointly managing the entire project with the Project Manager in Vietnam. ・Ensuring the quality of deliverables created by the development team. This position offers opportunities to challenge yourself in various roles, depending on your aspirations and skills. This includes serving as a Project Manager and engaging in pre-sales activities, such as creating proposals and drafting estimates. 【Position Highlights】・You'll be involved in cutting-edge AI implementation projects. ・You'll gain experience in building and scaling an organization within a growing startup. ・You can acquire a wide range of experience in project management, pre-sales, and product development.

Required Skills: 【Required】 Experience in the entire software development process, from design to development and testing of web-based business applications (this position does not involve development work, but development experience is listed as a requirement because it facilitates smooth communication with engineers). Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent level or higher.
