Job Description: In this position, you'll work as an AI Consulting Engineer in the design field, using simulation and machine learning to drive innovation. This role offers numerous opportunities to develop a sense for functional design in the upstream phase of manufacturing product development during this age of DX. Your specific duties will include: 【General】・Generate training data using simulations. ・Implement and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models tailored to client needs. 【Detailed】・Generate training data with solvers handled by IDAJ. ・Research and implement machine learning and deep learning models. ・Train and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models. ・Implement prototype applications for machine learning and deep learning models. In this role, you'll collaborate with the following internal departments to carry out your tasks: ・Solver Department: This team is responsible for the solvers used to generate training data. ・PLM Department: This department handles the systematization of prototype applications. ・MBD Department: This team applies machine learning and deep learning in plant models and control systems.

Required Skills: 【Educational Background】 Master's Degree 【Required】・Python programming ・Ability to read English papers related to machine learning ・Experience as a simulation engineer or machine learning engineer in the manufacturing industry (3+ years) 【Preferred】・Experience in numerical optimization (e.g., Bayesian optimization) ・Experience in regression models (e.g., Gaussian processes) ・Experience in deep learning generators (e.g., adversarial generative networks) ・Experience in system identification (e.g., NARX) ・Experience in model-based control (e.g., MPC) 【Ideal Applicants】・Attitude that values ownership and teamwork ・Ability to make flexible and quick decisions in response to change and take appropriate action ・Ability to analyze quantitatively and link it to improvement ・Ability to improve things from the perspective of processes and results ・Ability to explain complex situations using concepts ・Enthusiasm and ambition to take on unknown challenges
