Job Description: ■Required The company, with its mission of "individual empowerment," supports the growth of individuals and businesses through various new ventures that leverage IT and AI. The company offers a suite of services designed to meet modern demands, including skill-sharing, reskilling, side-job support, and AI talent development. They are looking for a Product Manager (PdM) to handle the planning, development, and growth of new business products that will shape the future. This position offers the chance to be involved from end-to-end in launching new services and evolving/rebranding existing businesses, all against a backdrop of major changes in digitalization, workstyle reform, and generative AI. You'll be a core team member who can use a wide range of experience—including data-driven strategy, UX design, and cross-departmental collaboration—to create new markets and user experiences. ■Responsibilities ・Creating new service and business ideas, from hypothesis testing to drafting and promoting business plans and product strategies. ・Identifying customer challenges based on user interviews, market research, and data analysis. ・Leading the UI/UX design, requirements definition, and new feature planning, release, and growth initiatives. ・Improving the product by collaborating with the engineering, design, and marketing teams. ・Designing KPIs and managing progress, along with conducting PDCA and A/B testing to maximize service quality and profitability. ・Promoting the introduction and business application of the latest technologies, including AI. ■Position Highlights ・Experience Creating New Services from Scratch: You'll have the autonomy to create new services from the ground up, adapting to market changes and technological advancements. ・Fast-Paced, Data-Driven Environment: You'll work in an environment that allows for rapid experimentation and improvement based on data and user research. ・Stable Foundation with a Collaborative Culture: Leveraging the stable foundation and open culture of the Lancers Group, you'll be able to foster cross-organizational collaboration. ・Cross-Business Opportunities: You'll have the chance to be involved in multiple businesses across the group, including AI and digital talent development and new solution development. ■Development Culture & Structure The company fosters a culture of flat, open discussion among Product Managers, engineers, designers, and marketers from diverse backgrounds, all operating on a Scrum-based framework. As a Product Manager, you'll have a lead role in technical selection and architecture discussions. Required Skills: ■Required 3+ years of experience in PdM or new business development for web services/IT products Experience in launching and growing businesses and services in the 0→1 phase Strategy formulation and decision-making skills based on data analysis and hypothesis verification Multi-departmental coordination and project promotion skills ■Preferred Experience in designing and implementing UI/UX and user growth measures Experience in leading service operations, regardless of BtoC or BtoB Experience in service planning and development utilizing AI and new technologies Experience in business strategy and PL/KPI management from a management perspective
