Overview
With the mission of "enriching humanity through data and algorithms," the company develops systems using advanced AI technology. Since its founding in August 2018, it has successfully led numerous projects, primarily for Japan's top companies. The company is now planning to launch a new Systems Engineering Team to achieve a greater technological leap.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' businesses through projects focused on DX and AI, leveraging your strong technical skills and innovative ideas.
The team you'll be joining stands on the front lines of digital technology, with a mission to transform client businesses. Team members leverage their individual expertise and collaborate to continuously improve their skills. They work with various internal and external departments to ensure the company's technology and services deliver the latest innovations to a wide audience. Due to the company's rapid growth, expanding their IT infrastructure and systems is a critical priority, and they are increasing their engineering team to meet that need.
AI system development projects are in demand across various industries, including finance, manufacturing, and education. This provides you with the chance to work in diverse fields and gain new industry knowledge and technical experience. Your project management skills will not only pave the way to becoming a systems PM but also to senior management positions such as PMO or CPMO. This position is one where skill development directly leads to career growth.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the overall management of system development projects, with a focus on the following tasks:
・Managing project team resources, such as member assignments and progress tracking.
・Managing project schedules and risks.
・Communicating and negotiating with stakeholders, including clients, external vendors, and suppliers.
・Defining system requirements, creating specifications, and conducting design reviews.
・Reporting on and evaluating project outcomes.
Required Skills
【Required】
Project Management Experience
3+ years of experience managing system development projects
Technical Understanding
Fundamental technical knowledge of software development, infrastructure, cloud, etc.
Communication Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teams, and stakeholders
Problem-Solving Ability
Capability to resolve issues promptly and appropriately when they arise
Documentation
Experience creating system requirements definitions, specifications, and other documentation
Schedule Management
Time management skills to advance tasks

Ability to anticipate risks inherent in projects and develop countermeasures
Leadership
Ability to lead teams and make sound decisions
Multi-Project Schedule Management
