Job Description: 【Recruitment Background】 The company aims to solve financial concerns and anxieties for individuals and businesses through the power of technology. They have launched a new project to establish a digital bank in partnership with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. They are now recruiting a QA Engineer to be a part of this initiative. 【About the Team】 The team is a startup that was formed to establish a new digital bank in partnership with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Through SaaS x Fintech initiatives, the team's mission is to deliver financial services that are easier to use, more affordable, and more timely. The goal is to create innovative back-office and financial experiences to support the DX (Digital Transformation) of small and medium-sized businesses. The team believes this will lead to a more vibrant Japanese economy by creating a flow of money that contributes to the growth of these businesses. 【Responsibilities】 The company's goal is to shape the future of digital banking in Japan, making it more user-friendly and easier to use than ever before. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and formulating quality assurance processes to ensure that this is achieved. ・Formulating development and QA processes, including CI/CD. ・Planning tests, reporting defects, and determining release readiness. ・Planning, creating, and executing test cases for both functional and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills: 【Required】 QA or development experience (3+ years) Experience establishing software development or QA processes ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge Bachelor's degree in Information Processing or Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge Interest in communicating within a global development environment *You will be using English in your work, as development is a joint effort with an overseas branch. *There is no requirement for a TOEIC score or other language certifications upon hiring. 【Preferred】 Experience in AI development or development using AI tools *The company is currently working to improve operational efficiency using AI and plans to introduce AI agents into all products in the future.
