The company is actively working with their DX and on-site teams to tackle these challenges. The solutions they develop for one client can then be scaled and implemented for others. 【Business Domain】 The company is tackling a market of approximately ¥5 trillion in social and industrial infrastructure maintenance. They are committed to creating solutions that fundamentally improve the current state of this vast market. While digital transformation (DX) has advanced significantly for desk jobs, there are still many white spaces in non-desk work like infrastructure maintenance. These areas still rely heavily on paper-based processes and expert judgment, leaving ample room for significant improvement. The company is currently focused on tasks like equipment inspection, on-site management, and security monitoring, with plans for future expansion. 【Recruitment Background】 ]The company develops business applications that support social and industrial infrastructure, all on a proprietary platform. As part of this platform, they are developing an LLM-based Agent and are looking for an engineer to lead the product development. This role will contribute to the automation and efficiency of client operations. 【Team Responsibilities】 The team is focused on designing and developing services and products for equipment inspection, on-site management, and disaster response in the field of industrial infrastructure DX. They handle a wide range of development, from creating solutions with integrated AI to developing products that combine robotics and software. 【Your Team】 As of September 2025, you'll be part of a development team with approximately 20 engineers. They use a matrix organizational structure, with multiple engineering teams and project/product teams. You'll be assigned to a team based on your area of responsibility or project, and you will be a member of the Agent Team. *The other teams are the Platform Team, AI Team, Robotic Team, and Infrastructure Team. 【Responsibilities】 You'll be developing an LLM-based Agent for automating and streamlining operations, as well as a chat system that uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). This will involve a continuous process of trial and error. Required Skills: 【Responsibilities】・Development experience in teams of 3 or more members ・Development experience with LLM-related products such as Agent/RAG/MCP ・Experience in requirements definition and system design ・Web application development experience (Emphasis is placed on general engineering skills rather than knowledge of specific languages or frameworks) ・Knowledge of CI/CD ・Knowledge of web technologies ・Experience writing test code ・Business-level Japanese or higher (All internal communication, documentation, and customer interactions will be conducted in Japanese) 【Preferred】・Experience leading product development related to Large Language Models (LLMs) ・Experience in server-side development using Node.js ・Experience in frontend development using frameworks such as Vue.js or React ・Experience developing and operating services using cloud infrastructure like Azure or AWS ・Knowledge and experience with microservices architecture ・Experience with agile development (e.g., Scrum) ・Skills in natural language processing ・Skills in image processing/image recognition/image analysis ・Business-level English proficiency 【Ideal Applicants】・Empathy with the company's Mission and Values ・Possess leadership that can engage others and commit to results ・Demonstrate broad curiosity about new things and a willingness to explore them deeply ・Maintain a positive attitude and embrace challenges without hesitation ・Actively propose improvements and share information
