Job Description: Recruitment Background The company needs a control tower to guide projects to a successful release. This is necessary to solve crucial challenges such as aligning the planning vision with the production site's understanding, and optimizing cross-team coordination processes among diverse teams. To achieve this, the company newly established the role and department of PED (Project Engineering Director) as a specialist capable of leading projects to success with a deep understanding of engineering. The PED's mission is to help all project stakeholders find the optimal point of agreement through "coordination" built on trust. They are expected to become a strategic partner who translates business success into reality using technical expertise. Responsibilities ■Schedule & Risk Management ・Increase adherence by visualizing milestones, effort, and progress status. ・Prevent scope creep by reviewing discrepancies between estimated and actual effort and categorizing scope changes. ・Design and share mitigation strategies and alternatives by proactively listing risks. ■Optimizing the Workflow ・Ensure smooth transitions between planning, UX, UI, development, verification, and improvement phases. ・Organize and share necessary information so that engineers can focus purely on development. ・Drive incremental progress by rapidly repeating the "verification → improvement" cycle after development. ■Improvement, Efficiency, and Team Performance ・Evaluate and visualize the team's quantitative and qualitative performance and lead reviews of the production flow. ・Implement frameworks to deliver results in small increments (flexibly adapting sprint formats and MVP development). ・Create an environment for focused work by eliminating interruptions and unnecessary tasks. ■Goal Alignment and Communication ・Resolve issues through dialogue by sharing progress and insights during daily stand-ups. ・Clarify short-term goals and continuously review and share achievement status. ・Prevent misalignments by regularly re-sharing the overall project goals. Required Skills: 【Required】 10+ years of practical experience in the IT/software industry, and 3+ years of PM experience 【Preferred】 Experience in productivity enhancement through AI tools, document automation, risk analysis, etc. Knowledge and experience in agile development, sprint management, MVP development, etc. Experience in team facilitation and as a Scrum Master Experience utilizing diverse project management tools such as Jira, Notion, Backlog, Wrike, etc. 【Ideal Applicants】 Possesses solid development experience as a software engineer with deep understanding of the field Seeks to drive projects forward by engaging diverse departments and stakeholders Finds fulfillment in leveraging problem-solving skills to institutionalize improvement activities
