■Characteristics of the Expense Management Business
The Business Spend Management domain is a massive global market valued at ¥2.2 trillion, boasting a global annual growth rate of 10% and high potential.
The company is actively expanding its business in this rapidly growing sector, centered on its product with the No. 1 share in the cloud accounting software market. They aim to create a unique, end-to-end expense management experience that seamlessly connects approval workflows, payments, and accounting processes.
Small businesses often face challenges related to cash flow and internal controls in the expense management domain. To solve these problems, the Expense Management Development Division develops multiple products.
A major issue exists in issuing credit cards and setting limits for small businesses. Existing card companies often fail to provide adequate credit limits to growing companies that are either profitable but newly established, or unprofitable due to heavy investment in growth after receiving large VC funding. The company, uniquely positioned with its accounting system, can use this accounting data for proprietary credit screening, enabling them to provide the high credit limits these growing businesses need.
Furthermore, companies reaching a certain size and aiming for an IPO are required to establish internal controls. For these firms, the company offers seamless operational experiences by integrating its expense management system with its unified ERP platform and other products, including internal workflows and accounting systems.

This involves aggressive new feature development alongside crucial work like resolving technical debt, improving internal quality, and re-architecting the system.
■Responsibilities
You will be involved in the development of card services for corporate clients.
Required Skills
【MUST】
2+ years of team development experience as a Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager
2+ years of development experience spanning frontend to backend
Experience designing, developing, and operating medium to large-scale systems
Business-level Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher)
【WANT】
Experience in designing, developing, and operating microservices architectures
Experience in designing, developing, and operating clean architectures
Experience in designing, building, and operating infrastructure on cloud platforms
Development experience with Go, React, and Ruby on Rails
Experience utilizing modern frontend frameworks
Development experience in the accounting services domain
