Job Description: 【Recruitment Background】 The company continues to grow as a comprehensive trading company for DX, achieving ¥110.6 billion in sales in the fiscal year ending August 2024. They are now taking on further challenges, with a goal of reaching a ¥1 trillion valuation. The department's mission is to "create services that sell and boost Japan's productivity." Their scope is intentionally broad, covering in-house businesses, collaborations on client's new ventures, M&A, and capital alliances. They build a wide array of assets, including expertise, know-how, and services that leverage the company's strengths. Recent business themes are diverse, including cutting-edge technology development, regional revitalization, office DX, and generative AI application. They are recruiting a Frontend Engineer to handle development for both existing businesses and emerging ventures within these themes. In this role, you will drive projects through short cycles from planning to execution, constantly tuning and verifying them for success. This position offers a unique combination: you will experience development at a scale unavailable in most startups and ventures, along with a sense of speed unmatched in large corporations. 【Responsibilities】 You will be primarily responsible for frontend development using React for new product development, feature improvement, and new feature creation, working in small teams alongside business and creative personnel. Required Skills: 【MUST】・5+ years of web application development experience ・Experience designing, developing, and maintaining web frontends using component-oriented UI libraries ・Experience developing with React ・Experience developing using version control with Git ・Experience designing frontend architectures ・Interest in and understanding of web frontend performance and accessibility ■Language ・Japanese language skills at the business level or higher 【WANT】・ Experience in UI/UX design ・ Experience in product management ・ Knowledge or experience with public clouds such as AWS/GCP ・ Experience in building products from scratch (0→1) ・ Experience in agile development ・ Experience as a Scrum Master or Tech Lead
