Job Description: Founded in 2009, the group is an AI-enablement company group that supports enterprises in AI adoption and digital transformation (DX), under the vision of "realizing a society where everyone is enriched both materially and spiritually." Leveraging a global development organization, strong business-creation capabilities and speed, the group has supported over 5,000 companies in total, including more than 1,000 companies in the generative AI field. The group operates in six business areas: Human Capital Intelligence, Marketing DX, AX (AI Transformation), AI Development Support, AI Consulting, and Cybersecurity, with group companies working together to support corporate AI adoption and transformation. ■Background With the rapid spread of generative AI, the era of "one AI per person" is becoming a reality, and business transformation using AI/LLMs is accelerating. There is growing demand for people who can implement and deploy AI solutions into each client's unique operations. To move beyond the concept stage and build mechanisms that are actually used on the ground, the division has newly established the FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) position. FDEs go one step beyond design/strategy, working side by side with clients from prototyping to production deployment and operational improvement. ■Job Description As a member of the division, you will work deeply embedded with clients to build, deploy and operate solutions using generative AI/LLMs. Beyond design, you will write code, build systems and take responsibility for issues arising in operation. ・Deeply understand clients' workflows and knowledge, and turn them into AI solutions (RAG, agents, model-driven workflows) ・Prototype development and production deployment using Python/TypeScript, etc. ・Build, deploy and operate AI platforms on cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS, etc.) ・Full-stack code contributions including frontend, backend and data pipelines ・Hands-on implementation including client negotiation, user interviews, log analysis and improvement planning ・Monitoring in production, handling data drift, and delivering feature additions/improvements ■Attractions ・Remote × flextime for a flexible work style (some office attendance required); very little overtime ・Work alongside highly skilled engineers, including alumni of GAFAM, and learn a wide range of technologies including AI ・Plenty of 0→1 opportunities; evaluations twice a year so growth leads directly to career and compensation ・A team culture of helping each other and members who love new technologies ■About the Team The team is a "co-creation lab development organization" that comprehensively supports development projects utilizing generative AI. Its work ranges from driving projects with clients to AI implementation and AI agent development for the group's own products (HR Tech / Marketing DX / AX). It is a cutting-edge environment, both technically and in business terms, where you can take on AI development leveraging the company's own data infrastructure. ■Tech Stack (mainly used in projects) Frontend: TypeScript, React Backend / AI development: Python Database: PostgreSQL (RDS), MySQL Framework: Flask Infrastructure: Azure, AWS, GCP ■Notes ・Windows or MacBook provided (often the latest MacBook Pro) ・Renowned university professors participate as technical advisors ■Working Conditions To comply with clients' security policies, candidates must meet the following conditions: ・Work location: Limited to Japan or regions permitted by the client (prior approval required for temporary work outside Japan) ・Network: Use of a secure network environment designated by the client ・Work style: Client security requirements must be followed even when working remotely ・Loaned equipment: Taking loaned PCs/peripherals outside Japan or letting third parties use them without permission is prohibited

Required Skills: ■Required ・3+ years of implementation experience with Python ・Experience independently handling the software development lifecycle (from requirements definition to production operation) ・Experience in client negotiation, requirements hearing, user interviews, etc. ■Preferred ・Experience implementing generative AI, LLMs, RAG or agents ・Experience building and operating MLOps or data pipelines ・Experience introducing and operating AI in large enterprises (especially visualizing unstructured data / business knowledge) ・Experience implementing or customizing SaaS/platform services ・Understanding of and experience with enterprise IT infrastructure including security/governance ・Experience reading/writing English technical documents or integrating with overseas services ■Ideal Candidate ・Can dive deep into the client's "field," understand operations, knowledge and practices, and turn them into technology ・Takes responsibility not only for design but also for building, deploying and operating, with strong hands-on implementation skills ・Responds quickly to technological change and applies new knowledge through self-learning ・Forms hypotheses in uncertain/ambiguous situations, verifies them and drives improvements ・Communicates closely with the team and clients to build trusting relationships
