In this position, you will lead the next-generation IT environment to balance productivity gains with enhanced security as the business and organization expand. The mission is to build the foundational infrastructure necessary to further accelerate the company's growth as a global tech company. 【Responsibilities】 Based on your experience, you will initially be assigned a portion of the following duties. In the future, you will be expected to handle a wide range of tasks, including the management of high-difficulty projects. 〇 New PMI (Post-Merger Integration) Support (Project Management) ・Integration of communication tools and workspaces (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace) 〇 New Project Support ・Productivity improvement projects ・Promotion of DX (Digital Transformation) through tool implementation 〇 Account Management ・Management of employee onboarding and offboarding ・Periodic inventory audits (including P-Mark compliance) ・Procurement and rental arrangements for software tools and peripherals ・Maintenance of IT equipment management ledgers 〇 Help Desk ・Incident response ・Addressing general inquiries, troubleshooting PC hardware failures, etc. ▼Internal Network Environment ・Cisco ・Fortinet ・Juniper Mist AP ・Windows Server ・Ubuntu ▼Communication Tools ・Slack / Jira / Confluence / Google Workspace ・Code Management: GitLab / GitHub 【Experience and Appeal of This Role】 【Internal DX Project Implementation Experience】 The company is approaching the top tier of marketing support firms in the industry. You will have the opportunity to experience team building and management specifically geared toward meeting the standards of a Prime Market listing. 【Experience Driving Operations in a Global Environment】 The company has established multiple international bases, primarily in Asia, including its subsidiary Zelto, Inc., which operates mainly in North America and India. You will work in an environment where you can drive operations with a global impact. Note: Since communication is primarily via email and similar channels, you can succeed in this role even if your current English proficiency is limited.
