Job Description
The company is a rapidly growing enterprise in its 7th year since founding, achieving ¥6 billion in sales, a 2x to 3x annual growth rate, and realizing increased revenue and profit every year while remaining independently capitalized. It operates a diverse range of businesses, including talent placement and job board services specializing in the essential workers who support the infrastructure industry, operational support SaaS tailored for the construction sector, and M&A support dedicated to solving business succession challenges. The SaaS product you will be responsible for is a Vertical SaaS that drives the Digital Transformation (DX) of the construction industry—a pillar supporting Japan—and achieves significant operational efficiency. The construction industry still relies on inefficient on-site management methods such as paper, Excel, and whiteboards, presenting a vast opportunity for software-driven operational improvement. Since its launch in July 2023, the product has experienced rapid growth, maintaining an acceleration rate of over 10 times this fiscal year. Backed by a strong marketing and sales structure, the product secures over 100 new company adoptions per month. The company needs to advance both the improvement of existing features and the development of new features necessary to offer an All-in-One SaaS. To further accelerate the speed of development and verification, the company is seeking a Tech Lead. 【Responsibilities】 You will serve as the Tech Lead for a SaaS product focused on the construction industry and field work. As the team's Tech Lead, your mission will be to maximize the output of the engineers. You will drive technical decision-making and the formulation and advancement of the product roadmap. Depending on your preference, you may also be entrusted with management duties such as mentoring, team management, and engineer recruitment. Given the current business status, where the revised product and sales strategy leads to the acquisition of over 100 trial customers per month, the small team is simultaneously working on both large feature implementations and improvements based on customer feedback.
