Job Description: 【Company Overview】 The company supports corporate transformation by leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technology. Its core strength lies in its technical capability to develop domestic LLMs from scratch. In May 2024, the company released a Japanese-specialized LLM with 100 billion parameters, one of the largest in Japan. While many companies limit themselves to fine-tuning overseas models or utilizing open-source software (OSS), the company designs and builds its models from the ground up. Its performance, optimized for the Japanese language and business domains, boasts the highest standards among domestic models. Furthermore, it significantly reduces hallucinations and can be operated safely under internal management. Rather than being a mere "user of Generative AI," the company aims to be an "AI creator" that supports Japan's industrial competitiveness through technology. Leveraging this technical prowess, the company operates an AI agent for the manufacturing industry as its SaaS business, and a business AI implementation support platform as its new PaaS venture. Targeting enterprise clients since its founding, the company’s solutions have already been adopted by over 300 companies, including 30% of the Nikkei 225. Moving forward, starting with R&D in the manufacturing sector, the company plans to expand its reach to domestic enterprises, the broader Japanese market, and global corporations. In October 2024, the company completed a Series D funding round of 4.5 billion yen, bringing its cumulative funding to 8.8 billion yen. With its workforce now reaching 150 employees, the company is actively recruiting to drive further growth. 【Current Challenges】 In the SAT business—the company’s new business unit—there is a growing number of proposals for PoC (Proof of Concept), implementation support, and contract projects leveraging Generative AI (specifically RAG and AI Agents). Due to this rapid growth, it is becoming increasingly difficult to expand operations while maintaining the quality of technical feasibility assessments, roadmap formulation, technical consulting, and technical project support for new proposals and contract projects. There is an urgent need to establish a structure that can deeply integrate into the customer’s actual business environment and drive the implementation of cutting-edge AI products from a technical perspective in an end-to-end manner. To bridge this gap, the company is recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who possesses both technical judgment and the ability to drive projects forward. 【Responsibilities】 Your mission is to solve customers' business challenges and lead DX (Digital Transformation) in the AI era. You will leverage the company's core strengths—its proprietary "Domestic LLM" and "High-Precision RAG"—along with SAT, a business AI implementation support platform for professionals. ・You will participate from the project proposal phase and execute end-to-end technical feasibility assessments, roadmap formulation, technical consulting, and technical project management. ・In collaboration with consulting members, you will engage in deep technical discussions with customers and coordinate with internal engineering resources to provide the technical leadership necessary to drive projects to success. ■Specifically ・Provide technical support and technical consulting for new proposals to customers. ・Assess technical feasibility and formulate roadmaps for project proposals, PoCs, and contract projects. ・Evaluate the feasibility of customers' technical and system requirements (including deciding whether to accept the project and estimating the required man-hours). ・Deconstruct the technical requirements of a project and define the appropriate engineers to be assigned ・Lead and support projects from a technical perspective (Technical Project Management). ・Clarify systemic constraints and conditions based on the interpretation of architecture diagrams. ・Provide end-to-end support, from understanding the customer's business operations and defining requirements to implementation, operation, and providing feedback for product improvement. *Scope of change: All tasks related to development and associated operations. 【Team Composition】 PaaS SAT Division ・Business Side: 13 members ・Development Side: 19 members 【Position Highlights】・As a "management strategist who can implement," you can take on the challenge of fusing world-class Generative AI and high-precision RAG technology with the deep, on-site expertise of Japanese enterprises ・You will have high levels of discretion and responsibility as an FDE, deeply involving yourself in the DX promotion of enterprise clients—such as major domestic manufacturers—and providing end-to-end support from business problem-solving to implementation and operation. ・As a field-oriented engineer who integrates consulting and engineering skills, you can play a vital role in AI-era DX promotion that goes beyond simple development, allowing you to build a career with high market value.

Required Skills: Required *Meet all of the following Experience in system development or technical project management within SIer or outsourced development projects Knowledge and practical experience with generative AI (e.g., RAG) Deep system knowledge sufficient to assess the feasibility and viability of addressing novel technical challenges Ability to understand systemic constraints and conditions, and interpret architecture diagrams Integration of consulting skills and engineering skills to immerse oneself in the customer's environment and guide the resolution of business challenges through technology Preferred Practical experience as a Solution Architect (including infrastructure expertise) Experience with generative AI projects (particularly RAG) Ability to decompose technical requirements and define appropriate engineering resources Project experience at a venture company Ideal Applicants Empathy with the company's vision for an operational strategist who can drive projects forward from both technical and business perspectives Possesses strong ownership and execution capabilities to operate autonomously Demonstrates logical thinking to swiftly and accurately make technical judgments within defined frameworks, even when facing unprecedented technical challenges
