Job Description: You will be involved in the design, development, and project management of embedded software for next-generation vehicles, utilizing cutting-edge MCUs and SoCs. This role involves supporting automobile manufacturers and automotive component suppliers that develop automotive control systems, such as autonomous driving systems and electric motor control systems, by developing embedded software that effectively utilizes state-of-the-art MCUs and SoCs. You will be entrusted with a wide range of development support tailored to customer requirements, including requirements analysis, system design, software design, software implementation, unit verification, and integration verification. ■Features and Attractiveness: You will be responsible for software design, implementation, and testing, while determining how to realize customer requirements and specifications using the latest devices (MCUs, SoCs) distributed by the company. Furthermore, the company is actively involved in encouraging employees to obtain various software development-related certifications (such as PMP, Functional Safety, Automotive SPICE, and Security), supporting the individual's growth into an engineer capable of practicing high-level design and project management. ■Responsibilities 1) System Architecture Design, Integration, and Integration Testing (SYS.3, 4) Based on system requirements and customer requests, you will divide functions into broad components and organize the overall system structure. You will design the optimal hardware and software structures and interfaces to realize each component, while creating design documents. Additionally, you will analyze the feasibility of system requirements and verify their correct implementation, as well as lead reviews with customers. 2) Software Requirements Analysis, Design/Implementation, Unit Verification, Integration and Integration Testing, and Qualification Testing (SWE.1–6) Based on the system design, you will organize the requirements to be fulfilled by the software and create design documents by examining the software components, structure, and interfaces needed to meet those requirements. Furthermore, they will develop detailed processing and data flows for each software module, produce detailed design specifications, perform software implementation, and execute each verification process, including customer reviews. 3) Project Management (MAN.3, etc.) You will plan the necessary personnel and schedules to meet customer requirements and drive projects forward. You will manage progress while communicating daily with customers and team members. In the event of issues, you will be expected to promptly grasp the situation, strive for early resolution, and adjust the overall project schedule accordingly.
