Job Description: The company has been in the business of supporting agile development for several years. Even though there are many enterprise customers, they are adopting agile development methods to speed up the release of their products. On the other hand, there is a challenge that quality cannot be compromised because of the enterprise nature of the business. Therefore, the company started providing services in response to requests to work together to realize Agile x Quality. In the future, there are plans for large-scale Agile, product owner support, and business-side Agile promotion, and they will also provide Agile support to companies with DX issues. ■Your Role You will be the Scrum Master in the Agile group within the DevOps Promotion Department, which provides DevOps services. The main mission of the Scrum Master is to eliminate obstacles to the Scrum process, help it run smoothly, and encourage team autonomy. You will help the product owner and the development team to proceed smoothly with the project, utilizing the company's unique methods and backed up by members with a wealth of Agile experience. There are many projects for starting up an Agile team and building a Scrum system as they have received inquiries from a wide range of clients, from web-based companies to financial institutions. ■Responsibilities You will join a project team as a Scrum Master (1-3 teams). Each team often consists of a PO (Product Owner), a development team, and a QA team, and in some projects SHIFT is in charge of the development team and the QA team. ・Establishment of a Scrum system ・Scrum training ・Organizing and resolving issues faced by the development team ・Facilitation of Scrum meeting bodies 　- Planning 　- Daily Scrum 　- Review 　- Reflection 　- Backlog refinement ・Progress management and coordination against release plan ■Attractiveness of Agile Development/Scrum Master　・You can create and operate a product. This is a key position in which you will analyze and improve the product based on the feedback, and then apply the analysis and improvement to the product. ScrumMaster does not manage (report lines, sales management). However, they develop members and teams by utilizing teaching, coaching, etc. ■Career Paths ① Agile Coach While managing issues and progress, you will propose organizational BPR to customers, manage projects, and promote agile development. While maintaining good communication with the client, you will build an ongoing relationship with the client. ② QA Lead As a member of the agile development team and a testing specialist, the QA Lead will drive quality improvement by all means, including planning testing strategies, optimizing manual, automated, and exploratory testing, and analyzing quality and development metrics. You will drive continuous product releases.

Required Skills: 【Required】Meet one of the following ① Experience as a PL/PM in waterfall development and interested in a different development method. (Experience in small-scale projects is preferred) ② Experience in agile development and interested in training, team building, and proposing/promoting solutions to problems.
