Job Description: 【Recruitment Environment】 As the company strengthens its product, they are looking for someone who can lead the product through design. 【Business】 In recent years, Japan's aging population has led to an increase in social security costs, particularly medical and nursing care costs, while at the same time the working population has been declining due to the declining birth rate. Although demand for human resources continues to increase in the nursing care field, a shortage of workers has become a major issue. In addition to this, the government's move to curb social security spending is growing stronger every year, and the business conditions of long-term care facilities, of which long-term care insurance is a part, accounts for about 90% of sales, have deteriorated, and the number of bankruptcies has increased sharply in recent years. In such a nursing care industry, the product offers various functions to support nursing care providers to improve their management with the mission of "contributing to the continuous provision of high-quality nursing care services by improving the management and service quality of nursing care providers." Specifically, the company offers more than 40 services and functions, including long-term care insurance billing, operational support, financial support, recruiting support, purchasing support, and M&A, to help reduce the burden on staff caused by operational inefficiencies and improve management. More than 30,000 establishments are already using this asset, and they continue to take on further challenges, such as marketing and business development using this asset. 【Your Role】 The mission of the design team is to provide value through design by working across multiple departments, including marketing, customer success, and development, to visualize user value* and improve the experience. In this position, you will be responsible for the service design of this vertical SaaS service, and will work with PdMs and engineers on the process from the formulation of specifications, such as interviews for new functions and brush-up of the product, to implementation and operation. *Visualization of user value: Visualize the problems users want to solve and the negative and positive aspects of using the service (Pain & Gain) using frameworks such as customer journey. ＜Responsibilities＞・Quality control of design output ・User experience design for the entire service and user research design and implementation as needed ・UIUX design of products in collaboration with PdM and development （Design and implementation of UIUX design (from requirement definition to prototyping, usability testing, etc.) ・Design and promote infrastructure to improve design efficiency, such as design systems and guidelines ・Planning and promotion of improvements through PDCA cycle in collaboration with marketing, customer success, and other departments etc. 【Attraction of this position】・This team is the company's first in-house design organization, and was just launched in 2019.
