Job Description: The company is a startup that aims to “create a society where people can move forward with peace of mind through the power of law and technology. The company has developed and provided services centered on “LegalForce (released in April 2019),” an AI review service that focuses on issues in the review phase before concluding contracts, and “LegalForce Cabine (released in January 2021),” an AI contract management system that supports the contract management phase after concluding contracts. The services have received a great deal of positive feedback. On April 15, 2024, they launched a new service, AI legal platform "LegalOn Cloud," which comprehensively supports the entire legal industry, not just contract work, based on the contract review and contract management areas that "LegalForce" and "LegalForce Cavine" focused on. 【Your Role】 The “Review Platform” team provides the foundation for AI contract review functions using machine learning, natural language processing technology, and other technologies. In this position, you will be specifically responsible for the following tasks - Development and operation of internal web applications that serve as the foundation for review - Multi-product and global deployment of the above systems In addition, since in this position it is necessary to collaborate with the U.S. subsidiary, there will be opportunities to work in English depending on the Will. ■Issues/Mission - Improve the accuracy and speed of the AI review function to provide an unparalleled experience in contract review operations ■Responsibilities - Enhancement of both front-end and back-end functionality of web applications - Requirement definition, design, implementation, testing, and operation for new feature development - Development of data infrastructure for machine learning - Establish development policies through communication with experts and product teams in Japan and the U.S. - Establishment of mechanisms to improve development productivity, such as librarying, continuous deployment, etc. - Design architecture to achieve superior service quality - Develop various automations, processes, and documentation to improve team productivity and product quality - Mentoring, coaching, and coaching team members as needed

Required Skills: 【Required】 - 3+ years of working experience in systems development or equivalent - 3+ years of working experience with a single programming language - Experience reviewing and implementing initiatives to improve team code quality and productivity - Experience in selecting and implementing some type of technology and post-implementation operations and maintenance - Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 【Preferred】 - Experience in web development using Ruby or Vue.js - Experience designing and building systems using AWS, GCP, or Azure - Experience using container-related technologies such as Docker - Experience developing systems with web security in mind - Experience in collecting and visualizing data necessary for decision making - Skills in writing maintainable code with an awareness of responsibility and cohesiveness - Skill in writing robust code with awareness of error handling
