Job Description: The contract review platform “LegalForce,” which was officially released in April 2019, is growing at an astounding rate, with the number of companies that have installed it surpassing 2,000 (as of March 2022), and more and more companies are becoming interested in it. In addition, the AI contract management system “LegalForce Cabine” has received a lot of positive feedback since its official release in January 2021. In this position, you will be a software engineer specializing in the front-end and committed to the continued growth of the LegalForce family of products. Required Skills: 【Required】 - Experience in web front-end development using some web front-end framework/library and TypeScript, or equivalent - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required to build web front-end applications - 3+ years of web-based system development experience or equivalent - Experience in team development using Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, etc. - Meet all of the requirements for "Ideal Applicants". - Language skills equivalent to JLPT N1 【Preferred】 - Experience improving legacy software - Knowledge of web accessibility - Knowledge of software architecture - Ability to design with performance in mind, including optimization of network requests, algorithms, etc. - Experience working on and taking responsibility for large scale projects with the front end as the axis of ownership - Experience in continuously improving development teams - Experience creating micro-interactions with UX in mind - Experience building complex GUIs that do not rely on libraries - Experience implementing data visualizations using Canvas, SVG, etc. - Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch - Ability to write text with an awareness of the ease with which it is conveyed to the user - Experience in UI design 【Ideal Applicants】 - Able to communicate with stakeholders while considering “why” and “what” in order to promote development and improvement. - Able to act based on flexible ideas to solve problems, not limiting oneself to one's area of expertise. - Have respect for others and act not only for oneself but also for the team. - Likes to grow and is willing to work hard to achieve this
