Job Description: 【Recruitment Background】 The company offers a variety of services to solve various money-related issues, including “Money Forward Cloud,” a cloud service for businesses, and “Money Forward ME” for individuals. This is a management position that oversees and manages the quality of various services across the board. The QA Engineer and SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) positions at MoneyForward are responsible for ensuring the quality of products across the company's headquarters and divisions, while collaborating with the engineers in charge of quality. The company has two positions, QA Engineer and Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), and you will work in cooperation with these engineers in charge of quality in order to accomplish your mission. You will also work with developers involved in product development and be responsible for ensuring the quality of the product county across headquarters and divisions. Reporting will be directly to CQO (Cheif Quality Officer) Juichi Takahashi and MFBC's Stakeholder Manager for double reporting. 【Responsibilities】 Development and tracing of quality control processes such as test plans, release decisions, etc. Quality control using metrics Improvement of the quality of requirements Establishment of the quality that the company should have, and response to obstacles and negotiation with stakeholders Understanding and promotion of next generation quality technology (shift-left, non-functional requirements) The organization will be both the primary MFBC (Money Foward Business Company) and the concurrent Corporate CQO Office. ■Environment The company is looking forward to working with you in an environment where you can create world-class services together. Required Skills: ■Required Experience in managing an organization of 5 or more people. ISTQB Advanced Level certification (Test Manager certification especially preferred) holder or equivalent knowledge. 3+ years of development experience or 3+ years of test automation experience using scripting languages. Bachelor's degree in Information Processing or Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge (e.g., Basic Information Technology Engineer exam) ■Preferred JSTQB Foundation Level or higher qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science Knowledge and experience with test automation ■Language Japanese: Able to conduct interviews, mixing with English if necessary English: Basic business level (TOEIC 700 or above) → Some projects are joint projects with members in India and Vietnam, so depending on the project, all communication will be in English, including MTG and text communication.
