Job Description: 【AI Solutions Division】 They listen to customers' challenges and backgrounds to propose and implement the most suitable solutions. They analyze operations, identify solvable issues, conduct PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and carry out the entire process from applying models to existing operations or implementing them into systems for operation. The project execution structure involves not only employee members but also the utilization of freelancers and others with expertise in various industries and technical fields to build teams. There are also abundant opportunities to propose projects that solve various challenges within the Chiba Bank Group using AI. 【Strengths of the Company and Business】 They can offer flexible proposals tailored to customer challenges without being tied to specific products or platforms. They can secure execution structures by leveraging direct connections with freelancers. They can also collaborate with technical advisors from proposal to implementation. After listening to and understanding the client's challenges, requests, background, and content, you will propose the optimal solution. As a Project Manager, you will join the contracted project and collaborate with AI Consultant team members to verify and implement the solution, providing value to the client. You will work with team members to advance the following: 　・Proposing AI implementation/analysis 　・Requirements definition 　・Building operation/analysis infrastructure 　・Data aggregation 　・Data preprocessing 　・Data visualization 　・Feature engineering 　・Building AI/analysis models 　・Model evaluation 　・Report creation 　・System integration 　・Client coordination Key responsibilities: You will primarily be involved in tasks from the proposal stage before project commencement to data preprocessing, visualization, analysis, model building, and report preparation. Client interaction will also be part of your responsibilities. ■Team Composition 7 people (6 men, 1 woman): The age range is from early 20s to mid-30s. 【Project Examples, Ratio】 Support for the development of an automatic OK/NG judgment system for a major beverage manufacturer's campaigns. Support for improving user retention rates at an adult education school - verification of the effectiveness of data analysis-based measures. Automation of video content creation using deep learning for infomercials. Most projects are for operating companies. 【Scope of Changes】All tasks within the company.

Required Skills: 【Required】・1+ years of practical experience in data cleansing and data manipulation (SQL experience). ・1+ years of practical experience in model building using Python. ・Understanding of machine learning and statistics. ・Logical thinking ability. 【Preferred】・Experience in model evaluation, interpretability verification, and explaining results to clients. ・Implementation experience using LLM (Large Language Model) APIs. ・Development experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.). ・Experience in building data analysis infrastructure. ・Knowledge of specific industries or business domains.
