Job Description
■Company Introduction The company is an HR Tech company that develops and provides multiple services for various stakeholders in the recruitment field to realize the optimal matching between companies and talent. The company provides a recruitment management system to accelerate digital talent recruitment, a startup encyclopedia for career changes, a job vacancy management system for recruitment agencies, and an online-complete reference check tool. The flagship recruitment management system has been implemented by more than 2,000 companies, ranging from IT companies to those listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market (as of June 2024). The company has continued to grow as an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) provider. In recent years, in addition to the growth of existing businesses, the company has been promoting a multi-product strategy to solve challenges in the recruitment market from multiple perspectives, such as by launching new businesses and expanding its business domains through M&A. ■Recruitment Background The company adopts a multi-product strategy and seeks to solve structural issues in the recruitment market. Among these efforts, the job vacancy management system for recruitment agencies is in a growth phase. To solve user challenges, the company is adding value to existing core functions, formulating medium- to long-term strategies to ensure product growth, and strengthening the organizational structure to create new value. Required Skills
【Required】 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products Experience leading mid-to-long-term strategy formulation and execution Ability to collaborate with development teams and lead requirements definition and specification development based on an understanding of engineering mental models Practical experience designing and executing user interviews, translating insights into product features Excellent communication skills in Japanese 【Preferred】 Background as a designer or engineer, with deep expertise in product development Experience leading mid-to-long-term business development as a BizDev/TechLead for new ventures or products in growth phases
