He was looking for a challenging environment where he could further improve as a MLE and realise solutions that do not yet exist in the world through the power of AI. He was not confident in his Japanese and thus, was worried to be interviewed in Japanese, but we worked out together to prepare him to present the best version of himself during interviews. In combination with his great communication skills and guge potential as a MLE, he managed to receive an offer from one of the top AI startups he wanted to work.
